21 Day Challenge

Gratitude is a powerful mental tool we all have access to, to combat bad body image, (and lots of other funky mental glitches btw). If, like me, mental health wasn’t bigged up in the classroom, then I hate to tell ya, we gotta do the work… but just a little. Yep gratitude is a change-maker, it’s a skill and so worth putting in a minute a day to develop it.
